Refurbished Flat roof to Large Domestic Property

Issue: Original asphalt roof coverings with pedestrian tile to walkway areas showing excessive wear and tear. Blisters, splits and slumping noted in many areas.

We proposed to remove the pedestrian tiles and make good the asphalt surface, before preparing and overlaying with a multi-layer torch-on polyester membrane system to provide a 15 year warranty. In addition the walkway areas were covered with a contrasting membrane to provide protection from foot traffic.

Subsequently, glass panels were removed by glazing specialists from the adjoining conservatory roof to facilitate the recovering of the drainage gulley using the same waterproofing materials.
